About Yorkville Stained Glass

A Life in light, glass, and travel
I’ve spent the last 25 years working with stained glass — not just as a material, but as a language of light, structure, and story. What began as a creative outlet grew into a lifelong pursuit: preserving the tradition of stained glass through craftsmanship rooted in lead came, glass, and painting.
A Studio Built on Craft and Curiosity
Before founding Yorkville Stained Glass & Co., I spent years in the technology world — launching businesses, solving problems, and building systems. That background taught me to approach each project with a balance of creativity and clarity.

But glasswork has always drawn me back. It’s tactile, disciplined, and timeless — a way of working that grounds me in something much older and more enduring than any algorithm or app.
Travel, Place, and Perspective
My wife and I have spent years traveling together, exploring historic towns, art museums, and architectural spaces across the U.S. and abroad. These experiences shape how I see stained glass — not as decoration, but as part of a larger cultural and architectural story.

Today, I work from my studio in York, South Carolina, a town with deep historic roots and a growing creative community. I’m proud to be part of that landscape, preserving the old ways while crafting something new.
Craft with Purpose
At Yorkville Stained Glass & Co., I focus on meaningful work for people who value traditional craftsmanship and beautiful spaces. Whether it’s a window, transom, or gallery piece, each project is made with precision, story, and care.

I believe in clear communication, fair pricing, and honoring both the process and the people it’s for.
